Marketing Communications Coordinator

The MarComm coordinator will work closely with the founding business leaders, architects and engineers. Perform a little strategic, tactical and administrative work as needed per life in a start-up.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES include:

  • Build and maintain target lists of media, including YouTubers and influencers.
  • Lead and coordinate outreach as well as incoming requests for information interviews.
  • Research and summarize their positions and publications.
  • Schedule and prepare for interviews ranging from bloggers to the NY Times.
  • Create and keep current the communications calendar, complete with publication lead times and deadlines.
  • Manage the allocation and collection of demonstration units to analysts and reviewers.
  • Capture, summarize and present company coverage.
  • Create, manage and present campaign results, reports and ROI.
  • Recommend for additional communications channels and tactics.
  • Track results against metrics.

PRIORITY 2 RESPONSIBILITIES include:

  • Should have some experience with the following:
  • Maintaining an “Influencer Marketing Database”.
  • Familiarity with CMS and Social Media mgmt tools.
  • Managing the release of periodical content across all channels.
  • Executing omni-channel marketing campaigns.
  • Having an Apple ecosystem rolodex is a plus.
