Marketing Communications Coordinator
The MarComm coordinator will work closely with the founding executives, to perform strategic, tactical and administrative work as needed….per start-up life. Person should be organized, reliable and interested in learning about corporate communications and press relations.
RESPONSIBILITIES include:

Grow and maintain the target list of media for MacOS target market.
- Research list of top YouTubers and influencers.
- Create and maintain a master communications calendar, 6–12 months out, complete with publication lead times and deadlines.

Lead and coordinate press outreach as well as incoming requests for information interviews.
- Research and summarize their positions and publications.

Schedule and prepare for interviews ranging from vloggers to the NY Times Wirecutter.
- Expect to reschedule 50% of these interviews.
- Track the distribution and collection of non-disclosure agreement signatures.
- Manage the allocation, shipping and collection of demonstration units to reviewers.
- Capture, summarize and present weekly company media coverage.
- Obtain, track and compare media advertising and affiliate marketing kits and opportunities.
- Create, manage and present campaign results, reports and ROI.
- Recommend additional communications channels and tactics.

Maintain a social media marketing calendar.
- Publish social media content if capable.
- Track results against metrics.
- Clean-up and make marketing presentations “pretty”.
- Set-up and schedule virtual company meetings.
- Consumer technology product usability testing.
- Pick-up other tasks as time allows.
